By accessing or using PLAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
PLAI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your podcast production needs. You may not modify, copy, reverse engineer, or transfer any materials.
PLAI uses artificial intelligence to provide transcription and suggestions. AI suggestions are recommendations only. Transcriptions may contain errors and require human review. You retain full editorial control and responsibility for published content.
Your audio recordings and transcripts are your property. We store them securely for the retention period of your plan. We do not sell your data. Audio may be processed through third-party AI services — see our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use PLAI to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, impersonate others, harass users, or collect user data without consent.
PLAI is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law including service interruptions, data loss, or AI errors.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
