We use your information to provide and improve PLAI, communicate with you about your account, ensure security, and deliver AI-powered features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Audio and text content may be processed by third-party AI providers such as Google Gemini and Deepgram to generate transcriptions and suggestions. This processing is subject to those providers own privacy agreements. We only use reputable, enterprise-grade providers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
